Fuyuan Legacy Limited 福源世業有限公司 a company incorporated and operating under the laws of Hong Kong, business registration number 79932127 (the “Company”), is firmly committed to respecting and upholding internationally recognised human rights across all aspects of our business operations and supply chain. We believe that the protection of human rights is fundamental to responsible and sustainable business conduct.

This Policy applies to our own operations in Hong Kong and to our relationships with suppliers, logistics partners, agents, and all third parties involved in our global trade activities. We expect all business partners to share and uphold these values.

2. Legal and International Framework

This Policy is grounded in the following international standards and local legislation:

This Policy applies to:

  • All directors, officers, and employees of Fuyuan Legacy Limited
  • All contractors, agents, and consultants acting on behalf of the Company

4. Our Core Commitments

4.1 Labour Rights and Fair Employment

The Company is committed to:

  • Paying fair wages that meet or exceed applicable minimum wage requirements
  • Maintaining reasonable working hours in compliance with local labour laws
  • Providing safe, healthy, and dignified working conditions for all employees

4.2 Prohibition of Forced and Compulsory Labour

We have a zero-tolerance approach to forced labour, bonded labour, trafficked labour, or any form of modern slavery in our operations and supply chain. No worker shall be required to deposit money or identity documents as a condition of employment, or be prevented from freely terminating their employment.

4.3 Prohibition of Child Labour

The Company strictly prohibits the employment of children below the minimum legal working age in any jurisdiction where we operate. We will not knowingly engage with any supplier or partner that uses child labour. Where young workers are legally employed, they must be protected from hazardous, unsafe, or exploitative working conditions.

4.4 Non-Discrimination and Equal Opportunity

We are committed to maintaining a workplace free from discrimination, harassment, and victimisation based on:

5. Human Rights in the Supply Chain

As an international trade and logistics company, we recognise that human rights risks may arise across our global supply chain. We are committed to:

  • Conducting human rights due diligence when engaging new suppliers and partners, with particular attention to high-risk regions and sectors
  • Including human rights compliance clauses in contracts with key suppliers and business partners
  • Requesting suppliers to demonstrate compliance with applicable labour laws and human rights standards
  • Conducting periodic assessments of supply chain partners to identify and address potential human rights risks
  • Working collaboratively with suppliers to remediate identified human rights issues rather than immediately terminating relationships where improvement is possible

6. Human Rights Due Diligence

In accordance with the UN Guiding Principles (Principles 17–21), the Company will:clmrs.

  • Identify and assess actual and potential human rights impacts in our operations and supply chain on an annual basis
  • Integrate findings into internal decision-making processes, including procurement and partner selection
  • Track and monitor the effectiveness of our human rights measures using relevant performance indicators

7. Grievance Mechanism

The Company provides accessible and transparent grievance channels through which employees, business partners, and other stakeholders can raise concerns related to human rights.

  • Management — day-to-day implementation and monitoring of this Policy across all operations
  • All employees — obligation to comply with this Policy and to report any known or suspected violations
  • Procurement and business development teams — ensuring human rights considerations are integrated into partner selection and supply chain management

9. Training and Awareness

The Company will provide regular training to all employees on human rights principles, this Policy, and how to identify and report potential violations. New employees will receive training as part of their onboarding.

10. Review and Reporting

This Policy will be reviewed annually by the Director and updated as necessary to reflect changes in legislation, international standards, or business operations.

The Company is committed to transparent communication on its human rights performance and will report on its progress as part of its broader corporate social responsibility and ESG commitments.
